Allow relative path for log files - Tera Term Ticket #38779 on OSDN

Could not figure out how to do this if it already exists. I would like to be able to have the log files stored in a path relative to the ttermpro.exe file. This is helpful when setting up a portable version and having the log files stored in a sub directory.

Ideally I could just have \logs\ which would just add the logs to the "log" folder in the ttermpro.exe directory.
